Privacy Policy for the “Open/Close” app developed by Rick Curran, herein referred to as “the Vendor”:

This Privacy Policy explains how the Vendor collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with the Vendor’s iOS app. The Vendor respects the privacy of the users of their Apps and is committed to protecting the User’s information. You have a right to know the Vendor’s practices regarding the information they may collect and use when you use their apps, although it should be clarified that the Vendor does not directly collect and / or store any information from users of their apps.

The Vendor operates certain mobile applications which are distributed in Apple’s App Store. Apple’s App Store may collect certain aspects of non-identifiable user information which is further clarified below in the section ‘Non-Personal Data’.

The Vendor reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy as reasonably necessary, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of the apps will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.

Please note: if you or, as applicable, your legal guardian, disagree to any term provided herein, you may not install, access and/or use the apps and you are requested to promptly erase them, and any part thereof, from your mobile device.

If you are under 5 years of age or a minor in your country of residence, please ask your legal guardian for permission to access the apps after your legal guardian reviews this Privacy Policy. The Vendor encourages parents and/or guardians to play an active role in their children’s online experience. This Privacy Policy is designated to provide the legal guardian of a child under the age of 5 years old, with guidance regarding the Vendor’s privacy policies and principles with respect to collecting, using and disclosing personal information regarding children under the age of 5 (‘Kids’) when using our sticker apps.

1. Personal Information

While the apps are being used by the Vendor’s Users they do not knowingly collect Personal Information and hereby specifically prohibit any User from providing the Vendor with any Personal Information. If you are a legal guardian of a child under the age of 5 and you believe that your child has provided the Vendor Personal Information, please contact the Vendor at rickcurran+ocprivacy@gmail.com and the Vendor will delete such information.

2. Non-Personal Data

The Vendor collects non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc. as detailed below (“Non-personal Data”). The Vendor only receives data from Apple from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.

With respect to such apps Non-personal Data, the Vendor has no idea of the identity of the User from whom Apple collected the apps Non-personal Data. Apps Non-personal Data collected by Apple may include the following technical information: device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, iPod) and country of sale (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc).

3. How user information is collected

The above-mentioned Non-personal Data is collected by Apple, Inc. and stored on Apple’s servers. The Vendor accesses the data via Apple’s iTunes Connect and related App Analytics. 4. Advertising

The Vendor does not display third-party advertising in its Apps.
